Ticket Manager Pro for SureCart

I’ve taken the decision to make Ticket Manager Pro a codebase release moving forward everyone on a subscription has had this cancelled and will be converted to a code base download.

Those who paid for an annual subscription before the 4th September 2025 will get support for the period they paid for and those who purchased within the last 14 days can still request a refund. Anyone who has an active plan as of the 3rd September 2025 and haven’t requested a refund once that period is done will be converted to the code base release.

It will take about a week to release the codebase release with no licencing and any purchases after the above date will be refunded, and from now on there is no licensing no support and no refunds.

Why have we made this decision?

Quite simply its not what the market want for a ticket product and as such there is no point continuing to support and develop it sales have been tiny and as such a decision has been made to stop active development and move it to a codebase release. Part of the code will be canabilised and will result on sales report for surecart a new free plugin the rest will remain a code base release

As way of an update it took a little longer than planned but the codebase release has been updated today and the pricing has been updated to reflect this, remember code bases are cheap but come with no refunds or support technically your buying access to the code and future updates made not support or a service once you have the code there is no refunds.
