What Happens if I don't renew?

You will no longer receive support and updates and the Plugin will continue to function all the time it is registered as activated and with an active licence once those transients are removed or the next time sure cart checks it will no longer function as intended

Are there any limits?

Only your number of activations there are no hard programmed limits within Ticket Manager pro

What Happens if I change my mind?

Do I need to have a paid SureCart Licence?

No, this uses a standard SureCart Hook and price ID to link the items there is no need to have a licence for this

How Many Sites can I install Ticket Manager Pro for SureCart on?

This depends on your licence purchased

No Lifetime Licence?

We don’t offer lifetime licences in general but if you reach out to us we can offer you one these will be expensive at least 6 times the annual cost, the reason we don’t offer lifetime licences as standard is because these plugins all rely on other software to work and they are in active development. This can mean that things could change meaning we can’t offer the service anymore there would be no refunds for lifetime licences in this instance, its for the life of the product. We think annual licences are fairer as these can be refunded on a prorata basis

Is this complex the way its hooked into SureCart, will it break often?

The answer here is it shouldn’t this is all hooked into surecart using a public and documented action hook surecart/checkout_confirmed and as such should continue to function without issue, the other code is indepenedant of surecart so as long as Price ID, Buyers name continue to be passed with surecart/checkout_confirmed this plugin should continue to work as planned

What's development like?

Curently there is a lot of development as we have been getting it ready to launch and adding requested features that fit the core product a simple ticket delivery method, development will slow as features get added and it continues to deliver the product we intended.
