Legacy Updater
Starting 14th April 2024, the legacy updaters will be closed. Migration should have happened, and all plugins should now be being served by the new update server updater.reallyusefulplugins.com
It is now time to close the legacy updaters that were running on the main domain and update.reallyusefulplugins.com, and now all free plugins will be updated via updater.reallyusefulplugins.com
This switch-off will not affect the operation of your plugins. There is no call home, which means that if you haven’t upgraded to the newer update server in the past few weeks, you will need to manually update to start getting updates again.
Premium plugins continue to get their updates through SureCart. There is no planned change with this workflow, and you don’t need to do anything to enable it.
At the time of writing this, the versions using the new update server are as follows:
- Automation for WPCouseWare V1.0
- Dashy for SureCart V1.23
- RUP Changelogger V1.07
- URL Paramaters ToolKit for SureCart V1.37
- Video Bank V1.04
