This documentation will go over sending to a webhook only as well as adding a response because there is no native webhook sending facility in the Repository version of SureForms

Webhook Sending Only #

Response for SureForms has the ability to send to webhook only and to do this you would create your form as normal in SureForms then navigate to the Response 4 SF menu

Setup #

1. You would select your form
2. Your Receiving Webhook would go here
3. this is where you delete your webhook
4. To update a webhook url just reload the page, select the form and paste in the new webhook url and push save

The above will allow you to send your form data to a webhook only i.e if you want to process it in your CRM and don’t want to send back a response to the user

If you want a response #

First you setup as if you where doing webhook only above, and then you need to do the following additional steps for sending

The following video shows these steps for ease of following we have also added written notes below

Step 1

Go to SureForms and open the form you want a response for once in the form editing window you will need to select Form Confirmation

Step 2

Once your in the Form Confirmation window you then need to select Response for SureForm

Step 3

Now you need to select from the available response types at the time of release there is only below form but others are planned

Step 4

Now you need to save your form and your form is setup for receiving a response.
