Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact Forms
We utilise several contact forms across our site which are used for general enquirers and plugin support. When visitors contact us via one of these forms, we collect the data shown in the form as well as the visitor’s IP address.
We use this information to reply to you regarding your enquiry, to provide you with a quote, or to provide support for our plugin. Information submitted to our forms are emailed to our Gmail email accounts, we do not share this information with additional third parties or use it for marketing purposes. After 1 year, data from our contact forms are deleted.

We use FluentCRM to handle newsletter signups and email marketing. The data we collect for this include:

The data collected will be used to send relevant marketing materials about tips, advice, news, products and services both our own and that of our affiliated partners.

In some situations, we may email you about a transaction you made on our site, or an abandoned basket. All credit and debit Card Transactions are outsourced to Stripe and your information never gets stored or known to us.

Home Heroes monitors Internet traffic to detect access to inappropriate websites or other materials. Home Heroes also uses email filters to block spam and computer viruses. It is possible that some legitimate email messages and websites may be blocked or hindered by these filters.

We do not pass on online personal information to third parties beyond what is declared here and we never sell personal information. We may however share information within our organisation and in some cases, it will be necessary to pass information to our pension or share administrators. This may include our employees, agents, contractors and sub-contractors.
This includes passing on your information to another business whom we feel may be able to assist you with your enquiry if we are currently unable to do so i.e. another firm of Surveyors or Engineers, we do this so they are better able to serve your needs.
