Tag Manager for SureCart 2.0 is nearly here, with release planned for around 15 April.
This update brings a much improved mapping experience, with a cleaner admin interface and a simpler way to connect your SureCart products and prices to FluentCRM tags.
Instead of manually entering SureCart Price IDs, version 2.0 introduces a new dropdown-based mapping system that lets you select products and price/version options directly from your SureCart data. This should make setup much easier, reduce mistakes, and speed up workflow when managing multiple mappings.
What’s new in 2.0:
- A refreshed, more modern admin page design
- Dropdown-based SureCart product selection
- Dropdown-based price/version selection
- Support for mapping all prices for a product with a single rule
- Search and filtering tools to manage mappings more easily
- Add Mapping buttons at both the top and bottom of the screen
- A cleaner mapping flow with less manual entry and less room for error
A quick compatibility note: because the new version uses structured dropdown-based mapping rather than manual text entry, some existing 1.x mappings may need to be recreated after updating. This is expected, and we’ll be highlighting that clearly inside the plugin as part of the 2.0 rollout.
We wanted to give newsletter subscribers an early heads-up before the release goes live. If you are currently using Tag Manager for SureCart, this is a good time to review your current mappings and be ready to remap them once 2.0 lands.
We’re really excited about this update — it’s a big step forward in usability, especially for stores managing multiple products, multiple price points, or more complex FluentCRM automations.
